I've never had a good experience at this chemist. Firstly the prices are consistently higher than those at other chemists in Crows Nest and North Sydney. The service I have received is also fair to average - just generally unhelpful and unfriendly. Went there today and the person serving wasn't wearing a mask despite masks being currently mandated in indoor environments in Sydney (although there are valid exemptions). I asked the person serving why they weren't wearing a mask and they said it was because their glasses fog up. Really? That is hardly a valid excuse - half the population wouldn't be wearing a mask if it was. There are plenty of solutions available to help prevent your glasses fogging up. If you really find it impossible to stop them fogging up, then as a person who is present within the shop all day and fronting customers (including vulnerable customers) you could at least attempt a compromise such as wearing a face shield. Not good enough. I left and went to another chemist in Crows Nest and got the same product I was after for $6 less ($32 vs $38).

Usually great service and very handy if you live locally as hours are fairly generous. Sometimes junior staff aren't the most helpful but the professionals know what they're doing

The pricing is extremely competitive, better than any surrounding suburbs by far. On top of that it's a proper neighborhood pharmacy. Service is amazing. People who really care.

This is the best chemist around. Matthew is super helpful, they always keep my prescriptions in stock and are happy to prepare our ahead of time for me to pick up. I dropped a prescription in store, they didn't have my number so called my specialist just to let them know on case it was important.

Love my local chemist, can you guys please confirm opening times, I went this morning (now at 8.15ish) and it wasn't open yet but the website says 8. thanks x
