Kelly & Ashleigh couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Employee was found quickly...though only one to choose from. 8 weeks in, and new hire was not working out, when we met with Chelsea we were accused of inefficient training and our 12 week insurance was not adhered to. Payed alot of money for zero result. Would not recommend Rarekind. We found our new PM through SEEK and she is fantastic.

Paid a lot of money for a poor performing manager who could not do her job properly and could not delegate. We have a new PM now who runs rings around her and we got her through Seek. Seek provided a better candidate without the 10K waste

Great service, excellent result.Chelsea really listened to my needs and requirements and was able to place me into an excellent position that I thoroughly enjoy. The process from start to finish was efficient and friendly and I am very happy with the outcome. I would definitely use Rarekind again.

Do not trust these people, they are very sketchy.After being regarded, by them, as one of their loyal and most reliable workers, and even having the place I work at send them commendations of how much they liked me working there, they did me dirty.They would immediately hang up on me when I would call up because I had a few minor injuries that were unrelated to the work. Lied to my face about why they did cut me off and pretty said to go to one of their competitors.If this is how they treat someone who they regarded as loyal and reliable, you can imagine how they treat everyone else.

I had a great experience working with Ash & Kyle. I could see that they put lot of efforts to understand the candidate motives and find a right fit for them.
