Our GP suggested we consider this (expensive) device to assist with my partners's chronic migraines instead of drugs - few of which can be tolerated. Looking at available trials results, there is a reasonable chance the device may not be successful, so I went to look at their warranty/ money back. Their site claims that the TGA prevent them from offering a money back guarantee if the device does not work for you, which according to my understanding would be required under Australian Consumer law (ACL). I contacted the TGA who advised me in writing that no such restriction by the TGA exists. The company is free to offer a money back guarantee if it does not work for you as far as the TGA is concerned. So for those who have purchased/ or plan to purchase the product and it does NOT work for you, you might consider what the TGA has advised me. Their website statement on money back guarantee is not supported by the advice I have from the TGA and folk who find the device does not work might examine ACL in their situation. Caveat Emptor.

Cefaly has really changed my life. I used to suffer from severe migraines but I’m so pleasantly surprised how much this device has helped me!! I’ve tried many different treatments but this has been the only one that has worked for me. I use it at the first sight of a headache and it works like magic every time. Highly recommend

The best device ever. The cefaly was shown to me by my dr as an option . Considering all the scans and medication and specialist appt and still no answers as to why I have constant migraines For the last 10 years to help control and reduce the intensity without success , I decided why not take the chance what do I have to lose. After receiving it around Aug last years and Using it daily for 20mins and for the 1 hr upon onset of migraine . It has changed my life from daily chronic migraines to weekly then to monthly and the intake of medication has reduce by more than 50% . I definitely notice the difference if I forgotten to use it for a few days . I would recommend cefaly to anyone that has migraines and would like to reduce their medication intake .Thank you for making a device that is life changing.

I only had my Cefaly for 2 weeks, however I am blown away by its effectiveness. I have been a migraine sufferer all my life and I am amazed how this Device goes exactly where my pain sits. Whoever invented ths device: Thank you!!!I will give one little note of negative feedback about the electrodes, I feel these should be made more reusable by supplying gel that can be re-applied and/ or they should be made cheaper, at least offering a pack of 20 for a reasonable price as I feel the price is just unproportionally high for what they are.

I have recently started using this device as I constantly get migraines. As a medical student I have really delved in to the clinical studies involving Cefaly, to date the large sample size and all the data points to a clinically significant reduction in incidence and severity of migraines and headaches. This has been my first hand experience also, having suffered migraines for years and tried a multitude of different therapeutic and non-therapeutic alternatives, Cefaly is the first product that has provided me adequate relief after the first week of use. After about 3 months I am no longer a migraine sufferer and have regained control over my life. I must note the necessity of using the Cefaly device daily on level 2 for 20mins as this helps prevent migraines via stimulation of the superior branch of the trigeminal nerve. Highly recommend to all people searching for migraine relief.

I have suffered tension headaches for many years. I used a lot of pain killers for relief but they had many of their own side effects. The cefaly device is a drug-free alternative which I love! I have had no side effects and have found a reduction in pain and severity of my headaches with in a few weeks. Now I don’t take anymore pain killers!
