Great service, wrong part sold to me but they easily helped and rectified without any issues.

Staff are really friendly and helpful in finding correct auto parts with a good price. Highly recommend this shop especially for someone who is sick of dealing with irresponsible staff at other auto parts store.I left my bank card at the store last Sat. However, the staff called me and told me come back to the store. It was after opening hours and they were waiting for 15mins out to the front for me. I really appreciated by their professionalism. Thank you heaps! I will definitely come back when I need any auto parts in near future.

Can't really say that I wasn't disappointed, the fact that I went 2 stores to order and pick up ? The third store messed the order up so hence I have to wait till parts are redelivered and hopefully I will get that phn call to say order is intact and ready to be picked up will say customer service was ever so helpful and appreciated feel bad for only 2 stars but waste of my time fuel and patience"

Absolutely the greatest place! I walk in and ask for something. Unfortunately they were hot outta stock, but darrel, an employee there- got up his computer got the part number wrote it down and pointed me in the right direction! Darrel from browns Plains store is a mad bloke!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... Called up and spoke to Darryl, I had some questions about my car and stuts area with bumper stops ect and he really explained a lot too me that gave me some peace of mind some prices and some advice. I had a few questions and never once did I feel he was trying to hurry me up in fact he was really paying attention to my concerns and I have more knowledge and I know what parts and questions to speak with the mechanic when I get it looked at. Honestly, I could NOT fault his attention to detail and help. Seriously speaking, what a great store for parts, help and support. I have found my only store for car parts for my car and my wives and I highly recommend anyone to use this store. Thanks Darryl your a champion mate.

Staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They always have stock available if not they will get it in quick for you. We always shop at Bursons Browns Plains.

I walked up to the counter and there weren't any customers around. Despite this, the two guys working at the counter acted as if I wasn't even there and continued doodling on their note pads until I waited long enough for them to realise that I actually wanted to buy something. They then didn't even want to look it up.Horrendous service.
