Website advertised Mosa chargers, these were not what were delivered, got some cheap knock off brand instead with frequent duds.Also, the website advertises 25 minute delivery, it took 3 hours for them to get here and that is only because of constant pestering from me, 0/10 communication and liability on their behalf.I imagine if I had not of taken pretty much the entire process into my own hands that the chargers would have never got here.I'm not sure who's rating these guys 5 stars, but considering that all the reviews are either 1 star or 5, something seems off, fraudulent reviews maybe?

Placed an order at 12:00 still waiting it’s 2:20 now and called and said that they would be another half an hour.Still nothing and it’s now been 3 hours, I’d buy from nang wizard they are fast and reliable gonna keep with them next time

Delivery never arrived. I texted and called multiple times and was mostly ignored. Eventually they said they'd deliver it. But that was a week ago and still nothing.Ignore their reply below, I messaged back (again) and they still haven't done anything. Effectively they just stole $60 from me.

Order was confirmed by phone immediately, we were told the canister would arrive in 10-15 minutes (and the website promises 25 minute delivery). Took well over an hour to arrive with no communication from the company.We weren't in a hurry for it and had nowhere to be so it wasn't a big deal, but they should probably stop promising such quick delivery times if they can't follow through (or at least communicate any issues as they arise).Other than that, no problems thus 3 star review.

Ordered several times from here.Lies about delivery time, always more than an hr late. Last time I ordered they wanted to charge me more, saying they changed the price.It’s unfortunate, I’m a returning customer and I’m treated this way.The only reason they have 5 star reviews is because you get a discount if you give 5 stars.
