Daniel and staff were amazing after old ipad battery exploded on their desk whilst being exchanged for new. Flames extinguished, old ipad data retrieved and new ipad set up. Thank you so so much, above and beyond.

Incredible customer service! Chloe was so friendly when I entered the store to inquire about getting my phone repaired. Dan was extremely knowledgable and did a fantastic job at repairing my phone. I will definitely come back to this store for any future repairs and purchases.

Their Hydrogel screen protector didn't work with the phone case they sold me, made it peel off at edges. I went back and they tried putting another screen protector on and same thing happened. I just peeled it off and gave up.Now the phone case (similar to otter box) has torn at the flaps covering power socket and silent button. Very poor quality.

Thanks for cleaning out the gunk from my charging port - my phone charges again! Didn't catch the guys name, but he had long hair and cool tattoos. Great service :)

Called into Fone King at Carindale, it was one of the best retail experiences I have had. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and welcoming. They fixed my mobile problem on the spot. I would highly recommend Fone King Carindale!

Great service. My charging port has not been working for almost a year. The first shop I went to quoted me $99 to replace it. I stopped in at FoneKing afterwards and Sia gave it a proper clean free of charge and now it's working perfectly. The amount of dirt that came out was crazy! Cheers guys.

Honestly I am shocked with the amount of customer care I was offered. I am a stay at home single mother to a 3 year old autistic boy. We purchased a brand new iPad (From optus) and all the necessary protection for said IPad came from Fone King Carindale. While he is on the spectrum and prone to outburst he somehow managed to crack LCD screen within the first two weeks. Although they may not have been the direct cause Adam (Owner) and his staff at Carindale Trent, Tamiah & Sia (Please excuse incorrect spelling if so) his staff aswell as himself went above and beyond to accomodate me and fix any issues as that is how much they stand by their products. Even so far as replacing LCD screen and all protection devices (Case & Screen protector) free of charge! I have never felt so looked after before by a company. They have no idea how much they saved me as I would not have been able to afford the repair or replacement. Thank you so much to all of you I cannot recommend them enough! They really are the best in regards to customer care and service. Thank you again, Fone King! ❤️
