Harry sent his smart, friendly technician Hamsa who adjusted and programmed my older C-Bus system that probably had never been done. System is now working as I wanted. Could not ask for a better result. After being told by several other Techs they did not were work on old C-bus it was obvious Control Frequency are the best. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Harry when another company attended my home twice and did not fix my cbus smart lighting. Harry’s company fixed the problem in an hour and my bill was nowhere near the quote the other company gave me. Friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Any cbus problems call this company.

Harry and the team @ Control Freq were great. Took time to understand the project requirements, offered good suggestions on how to optimise experience and costs (helpful) and to meet a pre-XMAS deadline (made it!). Harry is a good communicator, ensuring I was up to date at all times on what was happening next and when etc. I'd highly recommend Control Freq for any home automation project (ours was Philips Dynalite). I had a great experience dealing with Harry from Control Freq. I needed an emergency repair with my Cbus system and contacted Harry at 8.30pm. He was extremely patient and helpful even until 10pm. The very next day one of his guys who was also very prompt and professional and helpful came out and fixed the problem. This sort of service and professionalism is rare and hard to find.Harry is very knowledgeable and gave me comfort knowing that the maintenance or upgrade of a home automation system is easy.I highly recommend using Harry and Control Freq.
