This was the first time my car was serviced by Ipswich Mechanical Services and I will definitely be taking it back to them for future services. The staff were friendly and obliging. I was kept informed of what parts required replacing. Rattles in the car that have been annoying me for years were fixed. My car is running much better than it was prior to the service. Thank you to all the staff involved with the service of my car.

Used these guys before so I dropped in unannounced due to broken wheel stud. The guys were able to assess the problem quickly. The next day, I had my daughter's car back. Thanks Ipswich City Mechanical for the great service again. Highly recommended to all.

We had a great experience using Ipswich City Mechanical for the first time. We had out 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander booked in for it's 150,000kms service and for a squealing noise that needed to be looked at. Great communication throughout the whole day about what work needed to be completed. Both my husband and I loved the fact that we received a video and photos of the recommende work that need to be completed on the vehicle. It was nice to see full transparency throughout the whole process. Hands down will use this company again for all future services.

Ipswich City Mechanical are extremely thorough, excellent in communication and transparent with what they have done or what needs to be done. Photos and videos of your vehicle will be sent through also so you know exactly whats going on. Value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a missing battery strap, since god knows when. When they told me it was missing, they went out of their way to get a replacement. They had one of their staff pick it up from a Toyota dealer on the way back from dropping someone off. Great, helpful and friendly staff.
