F45 Training Epping Vic

I started with F45 in July of 2019.In the 6 months that followed, everything changed. I became fitter and healthier. I developed better habits and even became excited to work out. By the time COVID-19 hit I was doing 11 sessions a week.As amazing as that all is though, the community was even better. The trainers and other members really were the heart and soul of the studio. The friendly competition which drove us to achieve, the encouragement from the trainers (looking at you Jess and Lynda) and the happiness and positivity from the rest of the staff. The extra curricular activities too such as the Stair Climb and Spartan comps.Doing F45 at Epping really turned my fitness around and has me excited to get back into it.The ONLY reason I am not returning to this studio is because my place of work has now changed.

All the other gyms are shut ...how come you're open and hosting classes during lockdown?

If prices weren't so high, I would have continued going in a heartbeat. Fantastic staff, awesome training routines, awesome motivational workouts.
