Big thanks to Lachlan and his team for the amazing roof replacement they completed after the QLD hailstorm in 2020! Our Insurance company did have a recommended repairer (Sydney based company), however, I wasn’t pleased with the details, response time and start date for this work so we organised a cash settlement and sourced our own local repairer. The ABS team was able to get in, assess the damage and complete this job sooner & within a faster timeframe. Lachlan was very easy to deal with and you can tell he has extensive building knowledge & a high skill set. We would highly recommend Admired Building Services.We are so happy with the result so we have engaged Lachlan & his team for further renovations to our bathrooms. I would highly recommend this company. We did a significant renovation to our old queenslander in Ashgrove last year. Right from the quoting stage through to the finishing details Lachlan and his team were professional, trustworthy and prompt. Working on old houses is never straightforward but these guys solved every problem in their stride and clearly enjoyed the challenge. And all the time being more than willing to work with us on tweaks and changes to deliver exactly what we wanted. We are thrilled with the result. ABS will be the first company we approach for any further building work we have in the future.
