Avoid these RIP OFF MERCHANTS like the plague! They charged me $236 to gap a valve and adjust the choke linkage off the carby. Both should be half hour jobs but I was charged 3 hours labour. When I queried the amount of time spent, David told me 'they have to pay the rent'.I reckon business is slow and they are doing silly, desperate things to pay the Bills while burning customers along the way. I notice they got an admin lady and the prices went up all a sudden.I was a regular customer, but il just drive to the mower shop at Jimboomba from now on.Have a read of the owners David's personal reply to this review. Great customer service...And David we both know that 'mate' who fitted those parts was one of your staff members, who I trusted because they worked for you. You told me it was the ignition coils causing the issue, so I wasted money buying ignition coils I didn't even need or use.

Can not fault the integrity of this business. Purchased a small engine part through a third party which was faulty after just two starts. The third party wanted to wash their hands with it. Found out that Dave was the one who supplied the part. spoke with him, The bloke completely understood where I was coming from and went out of his way to make things good. The bloke is a legend. Honesty and good old fashioned customer service.

Brilliant customer service!! Took my mower in to be repaired, the lads were so awesome, friendly and exceptional! Let me know the cost upfront, told me there would be a 3 week wait, had my mower back in 2 days! Can not fault service, communication, price and workmanship! So much so I have left my whipper snipper for a service. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back every year for mower/whipper service.Thanks for the great job guys

The salesman was very informative on his products and the price was more than competitive. When a sale is made they also put oil in the machine if required and ensure it starts correctly before leaving the store. Well worth a look if your in the market for a mower or whipper snipper.
