I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have had nothing but great service from Ray and the girls. They are caring and professional and really know their stuff.

Ray and the team at Bluewater Square are always, without fail, friendly, courteous and professional. I have always found them to go above and beyond. The couple of bad reviews I see here dont make sense to me. They dont gel with the impression/experience I have had at this pharmacy over the last decade. I can only wonder the sort of grudge needed to log on and make such a review. If they really treated you like that, you must be a VERY rude person.'Not wanting to spread stories' eh? then goes on to spread stories. Nothing but vague handwaving and character assassination. Ive been a customer over ten years now. Owner and operator, pharmacist Ray Napper is a good bloke. Always does his best to help. The girls are great too, hi Bev!. Open 7 days extended hours. Good range. If they dont have it they will do their best to get it for you.

We have been coming to this chemist for about 18 months now and could not fault them.Before that we were visiting another chemist in the area who could not always assist us with different requests for certain prescriptions.We called into Terry White's at Redcliffe and twice Ray rang around and located diabetic medicine my husband needed - we did not ask he just wanted to help us - he is that type of man.Then when I was in the same situation with a skin cancer cream Ray went out of his way to help.This is our second year with Terry White at Redcliffe. we have found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no rudeness at all as I have just read from another post.We are great believers in sticking to a good thing".Dean and Val Knaggs"

Have been going here since they opened. Would not go anywhere else. Excellent staff and service. Ray Napper is also always very helpful and the best pharmacist I have come across.

Overpriced for medications that are listed govt free they charge average of 40 dollars for these and make you wait up to 35 minutes just to stick a label on.

I have been getting my medication (every second day) from Terry White Redcliffe for about 10years now, and I can honestly say I've never had an issue with Ray and the team. I have never experienced rudeness or bad service. However, I have witnessed some extremely rude and self-entitled customers at times. Its truly sad and disappointing to see people behave so low and then blame the chemist staff.Personally, I would 100% recommend Terry White Chemist Redcliffe. 5 stars from me!!!
