ABSOLUTE LEGENDS! Couldn’t recommended The Running Room more.I am 28 and over the last 3 years I’ve had chronic hip pain with no explanation and a plethora of diagnosis’ that I did not resonate with. I consulted a vast array of clinicians across Sydney, had surgery and spent thousands with no change in pain or progress over the years. It became demoralising and affected my mental health quite significantly. I heard of the running room through word of mouth and it’s single-handedly the best thing I’ve ever done.
