Ordering on the website was fine but it's been weeks and there's no sign of the item being sent, ordered on the 2nd of Feb, it's now the 20th. I was told it would be dispatched last week (I was only updated after I chased them up) it didn't happen, no communication from them, slow to respond to my follow up and havnt done what they said they would, should have ordered elsewhere.Update** it's now the 2nd of march, a full month since ordering, still no sign of my purchase, I still have not had an answer on what is happening and when I might expect to see my order nor have I had a refund despite requesting one, do yourself a huge favour and shop elsewhere.

Bought my rotors through 4x4 Mods Australia half the price to what Mitsubishi motors was going to charge me $891.90 for two rotors compared to $414.00, highly recommend 4x4 Mods Australia to everyone.

I ordered an Injen exhaust for my Wrangler, really nice bit of gear and was delivered from the US in record time. Gavin was fantastic to deal with, all up I’d be very happy to deal with 4x4 Mods again and I’m sure I will be. Highly recommended for service, everything was exactly as they promised, delivery time was less than what they said.

We were initially told the part was in stock and be arriving within the week, which is why we went with these guys. They were polite and efficient up front. A week later, still NO PART and NO COMMUNICATION. We were told part would be arriving in another week. Still nothing. After repeated attempts and no communication or any form of recognition for our situation the part finally arrived 3 weeks after initial order. We won't be using them again. If they just communicated any delays, we would have been perfectly ok with this.

I ordered parts waited 5 days before it was posted.I ordered wrong part and sent it back for a refund , only to be charged $50 restock fee .

No way I would ever order from them again! Ordered from them before and took over a month to arrive i ordered from them again and it’s been almost a month and still not even been sent was told 2 weeks ago I’d have it within a week and still nothing! I’ve requested a refund and heard nothing back! Would highly recommend not using this company

So far so good. Guy was very helpful on the phone and they stock quality parts at a great price. Will see how the item pick up goes. I'm sure all will be well.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Placed an order for strut spacers on the 28/01/23, confirmation email was received I thought sweet. Wrong. Emailed asking where on gods green earth my order is, was told to wait 7 days as per there website says all goods will be shipped within 7 days of the order being placed. I then emailed them again on the 10th day of waiting asking for a refund. still to this day 15/02/23 I haven't even received an email regarding a refund. They're more than happy to take your money but can't even contact the customer.Take your money and spend it elsewhere. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Would give less than 1 stars if possible. Disgusting.
