She really takes the time to listen to you and recomend from her expertise to help guide you in what would suit best. Sadly I have to say my experience was not a great one... Please note I have worked in the skincare industry for more than 15 years.. But made a decision to have some injections to rejuvenate my face.. The male nurse hit my facial bone 3 times.. I have been left with a permanent mark on the surface as well.Went back to see the management or Owner and was met by the owner only to be told the nurse had left and that the injections I Recieved had worked and basically dismissed me.. My skin hadn't changed at all from the injections Recieved from there.. As I ended up seeking alternate treatment else where.

The staff are lovely and dr Kate is empathetic in treating my bruxism.

I saw Dr Kate to have my wisdom teeth removed. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the procedure well, and the surgery was performed perfectly. I would highly recommend Dr Kate for any dental surgery.

After my great dentist referred me here I can only assume Dr Kate is so good that reception don't feel the need to be helpful to new clients. After that experience I have decided to get another referral elsewhere.

I was incredibly disappointed to learn that my dear friend who went to have a sunspot treated and removed recently returned with a decent size ‘burn’ on her décolletage. By all accounts and from the photos your business has been dismissive and remiss in her treatment. You are now threatening a restraining order when she chooses to alert other people to this poor service. Any person whose treatment has gone awry deserves to be cared for properly going forward or at the very least referred to a service to remedy the problem, not to be ignored or belittled.
