HP laptop, Windows 10 Black screen problem fixed. Same day repair, affordable fixed fee i paid. ike replaced my harddrive with speedy SSD, he advised me to buy SSD from umart, he didnot force me to buy anything. He coppied all system files and folders to New disk. He performed very hardwork on my laptop and charged me only $150. Thank You so much ike, You Legend

Ike came and upgraded my hard drive. He was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He also gave me some great tips to improve my computer's performance and recommendations about cloud storage. I have no option than to give Ike 5 Stars for his marvelous service. Outstanding in speed of arriving, ability to fix my desktop computer, my small tab and fix my lap top computer.I had tried Geeks2U and after $200 spent for mimimal improvement.Ike fixed the desktop issue in 30 minutes ( so nice and fast to use now), pulled 2 older laptops apart and created one good working one ( didnt charge me), and replaced my Thinkpad screen, set everything up and gave me some very useful tips on using my repaired computers. No rush for me however he works on the compurters so fast, no wasted time, and a nice guy to get computer information from.I am an older generation and I dont know much about computers so it is easy for me to get hoodwinked.Ike is a straight-shooter, gets the repair job done professionally, quickly and at a price that I truly believe was a bargain when checking other computer repair prices.You can feel confident with this service.Thanks to you Ike, I am no longer intiminated or confused about getting someone to come to my house to fix my computers.CheersSteve A

I went to these guys (to their another office in Indooroopilly actually) for the display replacement with my Acer Aspire 5.After paying $300 for the repair, I found out that the new display, which had been installed here, doesn't support the original FHD resolution. I spent a lot of time, checking the drivers, settings etc, but it appears that the display these guys used as a replacement isn't fully compatible with my laptop and can't work properly.Went back to them and they told me to pay another $100 to them for having my laptop fixed" again. After I said it is not my fault they used a wrong screen
