Leap Early Learning Camperdown

We moved our toddler to E&D Camperdown in January having become increasingly despondent with his previous daycare. We couldn't be happier with our decision. We have so much more confidence in the staff at E&D and know that he is enjoying his time and learning so much. Plus, being a family owned franchise, it has the real feeling of care that you don't get from other centres. Any time we email in with a question, we get a response within hours. And they havn't made an error with our invoicing once! I couldn't recommend E&D Camperdown higher

The team at Explore & Develop Camperdown have been a fantastic support to our Son and my family in the time we were at the service. There are supportive smiles in the morning and caring, informative chats in the evenings. The team will go out of their way to accommodate and nurture the individual interests of each child and build this into the daily activities. My child did nothing but thrive while in the care of the E&D Camperdown team. We are so sad to be leaving the wonderful friendships that have been made.

Consistent, warm carers who made our kids feel welcome and communicated clearly and regularly with us. Couldn’t have asked for a more loving and trustworthy centre!

We love E&D Camperdown. My girl went there from 10 months old to 5.5 years. The staff are amazing and always super helpful. The food is great quality. The facilities are well considered and plenty of things for the kids to do. They always have plenty of good programs running, such as mandarin, kids dancing and sports etc. I would highly recommend

Having been associated with E&D Camperdown for the better part of 7 years - I am well placed to deliver feedback on their service, support and professionalism. Both Robert & Susan lead a team of both professional and caring staff that have delivered care to all 3 of my children. The team at E&D Camperdown are very pro-active with their programs for learning and have ensured our expectations have always been met. Putting your kids into the care of others is never easy, but I only have praise and piece of mind when it comes to E&D Camperdown. This modern well appointed and spacious facility offers convenient parking and a safe environment for your little ones.

I have enrolled all three of my children at Leap Early Learning Camperdown since they were 18 months old and have always been happy with my decision! The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and nurturing with all the children. They take the time to get to know each child individually, which makes each one feel comfortable and secure. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the play areas are well-stocked with toys and activities that keep the children entertained and engaged. I highly recommend Leap Early Learning to any family looking for a safe, caring environment for their children.

I received a notice of cease and desist from the director of this service my review which I based on my personal experience with this service. When writing I referred to discussions, outcomes, and behaviours which I have contemporaneous notes and emails. The week prior to receiving the cease and desist, I spoke with the same director regarding domestic abuse.As a pensioner with at risk" children (the service was made aware of both labels)

I sent my children here last year. The staff were mostly caring but there was a high turnover of staff. My baby had the worst nappy rash I had ever seen, she was bleeding and I was made to feel like it was my fault. I still don’t know what happened there and wasn’t given an explanation. My toddler was bitten twice by another child and the staff didn’t see it, it was later that I noticed she had two large bruises on her arms. There staff to kid ratio always felt stretched, it always felt like management were cutting costs and cutting corners. I saw staff purposefully ignore babies crying in the corner and overheard staff saying “well he’s gluten free so we’ll just give him only corn crackers”This centre used to be called Explore and Develop, I wonder what the reason was to change to the Leap brand.

My daughter attended E&D Camperdown for four years, and we couldn't have been happier. The staff were warm, supportive and professional, and we always felt like they really bonded with our daughter. The physical space was amazing with the combination of well designed classrooms and the large outdoor space with lots of space for the kids to run around, and which was still protected from the sun. My daughter thrived there in terms of her social skills and her interest in learning. They have fantastic extra classes with music and mandarin, and lots of interesting incursions and excursions. She was happy to go to E&D every day, and we're very sorry her time there is up. I would highly recommend this place!

We have been very happy with the support, education & care both children have received over the span of 8 years and feel lucky to have found Leap, virtually on our doorstep.The communication and daily posts have been excellent and consistent throughout, with frequent updates from both the educators and the office team.Over the years there has also been a focus on continual business improvements, varied balanced menus from the in-house chefs, different creative/ sporting vendors which keep the kids engaged. We leave confident that they are set up for success for primary school.
