This store has everything you need to raise a baby comfortably. Has a wide range of products and they beat the price by 10%. Most staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Lately we have found some staff at the register being less inclined to help & not a friendly face. I don't think the person who attended us even greeted us!Value your customers!If you can't keep up with credits, price match etc may be you need to be somewhere else.

Attended Waurn Ponds store and asked for advice about carseats. Staff member was very rude and made comment would you rather your child has a broken leg or a broken back". Won't be buying one here very unhelpful and passive aggressive service put me right off."

This store is been Missing so many items few months ago and still no restocking (Kit&Kin Nappies sizes, tommytippe dummies 3-6 and 6-12…) .And almost everything is OVERLY priced !! Today we found exactly same toy at Kmart for 24$, priced at baby bunting 55$!! They beat the price by 5%, but why everytime I go there I have to go online and check the prices and waste my time ??!Although the Service most of time is good (Bec have knowledge of everything,Helpful, kind and smiley she’s always the best)

Thanks to Paul for all of your assistance in store. Paul spent over an hour with us going through car seats and their different safety features in each model. Paul then showed us all the tips and tricks of our chosen pram ensuring we were fully educated and happy with our purchase. Couldn’t have been a more stress free purchase for us

Great customer phone service!I had the pleasure of Paul I think his name was, who spent at least 30-40mins on the phone with me running back and forth asking about baby monitors, pricing and postage. He was so helpful and as was Bec who I spoke to the following day in regards to purchasing the monitor and her shipping it off to me.So thank you to everyone who helped me out I know who difficult it can be to deal with ordering over the phone especially when there are store credits involved.

Attempted to return defective item. Customer service representative told me the item did not look defective." I was then offered spare parts and encouraged to repair it. I explained I would rather have my money back as I had both the receipt for the item (bought earlier the same day) and it was still in the original packaging. Staff pressured me to accept spare parts for an item I had no confidence in

Bronte was amazing, she was exactly the staff member I was hoping for when entering Baby Bunting. We felt very overwhelmed with all the different choices but she talked us through our options and we felt confident in the information and advice she provided, and ultimately the purchases that we made. Dislike this place. Had a large voucher but still reluctant to go. Sent mum who got a tommy sleep sack on clearance. Obvious product needed to be recalled not on clearance. Caused baby to have rooting all night crying and screaming/ wanting to feed. I was too sleep deprived to work it out. Few days later put it on baby to test it out and sure enough the excessive rooting commenced.I don't want to explain myself over and over. I don't want a refund, I don't want this sold to other babies.

Experienced the most helpful staff member here a lady maybe 60+ with blonde short hair.She goes above and beyond for not just us but all the other customers in the store.She understands the ins and outs of all the baby stuff and equipment without getting frustrated with all the questions or if you are thinking of buying or just looking.You should really look after your staff when they are this good a complete asset to your company.However your advertising is very misleading it should be more customers friendly.
