Just had my two boxes re-delivered after having had our stuff stored for almost 4 years, everything went smoothly. The drivers contacted before arrival and parked the trailers far enough over that there was an easy walk way around.Nothing was damaged and we are very happy with the service.

Great service from day 1 delivery and pick up to the return of my container. Very prompt and very helpful. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I have had to store my belongings before and I am so glad I went with Smartbox mobile storage. I had to put my belongings into storage for 6 months and relocating quite a distance from where they collected my boxes.I was so nervous about the whole process but from start to finish the team was amazing!Richard helped me workout how many boxes I needed and staggered the delivery of them to ensure I could fit all my stuff into them.When it was time to re-deliver no issue what so ever even though I was on the other side of Melbourne not an issue. George had organised to stagger the delivery on my two boxes to give us time to unpack them.They were so understanding when I think in the end I changed the delivery date 3 times on them! They were amazing!The guy that delivered both my boxes (I didn’t catch his name) but he was so approachable and helpful and placed my boxes so that they were assessable and easy for us to unload. Just a delightful guy!Why would you use storage units when you can pack and unpack just once?I will definitely be using them again if I need to, and recommending them to everyone I know.An outstanding team! They did everything they said they would, no hidden gotchyas. All staff I dealt with along the way from there sales guys and SmartBox driver were real helpful and down to earth people. Kudos to the team at SmartBox

Their customer service was fantastic, they were also somewhat flexible and the driver even helped us unload one of our boxes.

From the first phone call it was smooth sailing the entire team is professional punctual and storage is affordable so glad l found them a standard and level above similar companies. Boxes are generously sized and in perfect condition thank you to the team very happy with the service .

I didn't have my Smart Box very long but I found Josh and Richard to be very professional, courtesy and accommodating. I dealt mainly with Josh and he was very easy to deal with and extremely patient.

They were great with organising this on short notice and the guy who dropped it off was super friendly and answered any questions I had! The service is fairly priced at the time of writing, the equivalent of what I’m paying would have got me a storage unit about 1/6th of the size and the ease of them coming to you is so worth it. You can also add on packing materials to the cost which saves you the hassle of getting it all yourself however from what I could tell you can only have it for 24 hours so I’d suggest making sure everything is packed prior to drop off of the trailer.
