One of the worst customer service I've ever received. I tried 3 times and the 3 times the super rude receptionist didn't let me explain exactly what I would like. I went twice in person to the place and called once. Every time I was treated the same. If you don't have the patience to listen to customer needs, then you shouldn't have a business that offers services. I don't know how is the service or the rest of the car. My review is only about the service at the reception is “Terrible”. I don't like to give a bad review but in this case it was 3 times I insisted because I live nearby and I would like to solve my problem.

Booked a tyre rotation 1 week prior with the boss. Told him that my Troopy is 2.8m high and he said “yeah we will fit it in mate no worries”. Schedule my day around not having the car. Arrived 8am to the same guy (recognised the voice) saying “nah we don’t have you booked mate, not going to happen. Plus your car is too tall”This is not how you run a business mate.Hope you manage to lift your game because that’s just not good enough.

Got/noticed a flat tyre and a number of people kindly stopped to help. They all said, take it to Fremantle Tyrepower, they're great, very honest. So did the RAC person who came to put on the space saver. They were. Honest, and fast, fixed the hole in my tyre no fuss in 20 minutes on a Saturday morning. Even came to tell me it was ready in the cafe next door, because they knew the phone reception was poor, so I didn't need to wait any longer.

We returned from Rotto today to find a flat tyre. We rang Peter at Tyrepower in Fremantle, he said no problems bring it in and he may be able to fix the tyre rather than needing to buy a new one. His staff were so nice and helped us straight away, they fixed and fitted the tyre. They also put the emergency tyre back and got us back on the road in 20 minutes. Amazing service from genuinely nice people.

I went in with a punctured tyre; they repaired the puncture and fitted it immediately for a fair price. Friendly, great service, and didn't try to upsell me - will definitely be back!
