I tried this salon multiple times because of their products (schwarzkopf is my favourite black hair dye) but I always walked out disappointed. The staff are rude and condescending, I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you know exactly what you want from a haircut - because you won’t get it here!

I moved to Canberra from Perth. I did not feel the stylist knew how to cut a chin length layered hairstyle even though I only needed a trim and no major change from what I already had. I had shown and a picture of myself taken six weeks previously with a fresh hairstyle. I wasn't happy with the cut. The explanation given was that everyone cuts differently. Great for straight and medium length hair, I saw other young customers leaving happy, but not so good for layered shorter cuts on middle aged women (and we are the ones really relying on a good haircut). Not returning.
