The caves are chambers are cool with small tour groups being walked through.The knowledge of the guide was excellent including showing some unique structures within the cave.

The cave tour is very informative and educational tour. The staff are very friendly . My son lost his phone watch in the reception room and I returned to look for it. The staff gave it to me and told me that they kept it in safe and were looking forward to give it back . I am very grateful for what they did.

Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs
It was a pleasurable experience we all had for a barbecue lunch at the Hastings Thermal Springs.The facilities are excellent, everything is so well maintained & spotlessly clean. On arrival on a cooler rainy day, we were delighted there was a lovely fire in the picnic pavilion we occupied. I congratulate all those concerned with their care and upkeep of this great facility. Thank you all!

Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs
The Hastings Cave (Newdegate Cave) is fabulous and well worth the drive south. The trip lasts about 45 minutes and there are quite a few steps, but nothing too strenuous. Our guide was very entertaining and well informed. The thermal spring is great too and included in the admission price (don't forget your bathers). It's actually a swimming pool in the rainforest fed by the thermal waters, so don't go there expecting a hot tub experience!

Enjoyed the cave tour but would have enjoyed more if there was a chance of a longer tour deeper into the cave. Buchan caves in Victoria, the cave tour in Japan much more detailed and spectacular. Good coffee served but scones very doughy.

Breathtaking experience. The beauty of the forest, caves and facts about the formation made for an incredible half day trip. It was freezing cold but the caves stay at 9° all year round, so even if visiting in summer (which the forest then becomes very humid) the caves are still cold.

Loved, loved, loved the caves. Truly beautiful. These caves are a must-see. The thermal pool was a disappointment couldn't sit and enjoy the water at all. A large family group had left their children in the pool to do as they wished. Ruined the experience for a lot of people.

Amazing cave tour!! It is worth taking a long drive to visit. Just be aware for your visit that there is still 5km to the cave from the visitor centre(where you get the tickets). Also, there are marshmallow selling and you can find a fireplace downstairs.We went at a perfect timing when there were only two of us. In other words, we had a private tour. The tour lady was perfectly talkative and knowledgeable. However, we were surprised by her brilliant singing skill once we reached the great chamber in the cave, demonstrating what would it be like to have a concert here. Honestly, she deserves a higher pay!!

Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs
Really enjoyed the cave tour! Our guide was knowledgeable, didn’t rush us, and had the most beautiful singing voice (which she demonstrated in the cave). We went on a hot day (32+) so the coolness of the cave was a great relief. Even the thermal-fed pool felt refreshing compared to the air temperature! Highly recommend.
