I have read a number of reviews criticising ETB. I can only relate my own very POSITIVE experiences - the complete opposite to what a handful of people have encountered. Service on the whole has been excellent and ETB staff have always been helpful, friendly and professional with me. Questions arising from my initial online submission have always been answered to my satisfaction followed by prompt processing of my final submission to the ATO. In the first year of using ETB, I had to make multiple adjustments to my tax return before submitting and ETB were very patient and so helpful - it would have been perfectly reasonable had they charged me for the extra service they provided, but they honoured their low fixed price. This is one of the major reasons I have stayed with them for four years now; I will be using them to process my next tax return. They have increased their fee recently, but to my mind it is still worth every cent - great value for money - especially since my previous tax accountant was charging me seven times the fee for essentially the same work. This last time around, I had some issues with ETB's new online setup, but Customer Care (Connor) sorted it all out for me fast and effectively leaving me with a high degree of confidence - something I find essential when dealing with tax matters. I highly recommend giving ETB a try.

I have paid for the service, replied to initial query from the Ezytaxback team who requested for further information and I immediately provided them. In spite of my persistent follow up over more than 4 weeks; I have not received any reply and update on amending my tax returns. No reply to follow up emails and no completed tax return.

Money deducted straightaway without any response from anyone, TILL DATE.This was my first time doing a tax refund and had sent a few Enquiries to “Ashley” to no avail.I wonder if I get my money back? But surely not recommending them to anyone.

This is my second year using their service, last year was good, all sort out within 2 weeks. But this year, they have poor customer service, submitted on 18/10, just received automatic response from Ashley, then despite 2 follow up emails to her, she doesn't border to response.

Easy service, was able to quickly and easily lodge my claim for a much better result that usual. Really seamless process that I suggest for anyone wanting to maximise their tax return.
