One of the young ladies - no nametag - realised halfway through building the sandwich in front of me that she hadn’t toasted the sub. The solution was to deconstruct each salad item and put it back in its respective containers, after touching the untoasted teriyaki chicken, rather than discard it. I’d hate to ask for lettuce and have a reaction as a diabetic to the sugar in the teriyaki sauce, or to the chicken as a vegan or vegetarian, or to the tomato if I suffered from acid reflux. The same staff member made my sub and was as light-handed as I’ve ever seen, as if deliberately counting out six pickles, olive wheels, and jalapeño slices. Staff couldn’t have been older than 25 and half wearing masks incorrectly with noses uncovered. Got what I ordered but wasn’t an ideal experience.

Love the new look after recent renovations, as always clean and tidy. Tonight was served by Morgan who made one of the best subs I have ever eaten 10/10. Kangaroo Flat has been my favourite Subway for years now.

Kendra served me at subway kflat she made me the BEST subway roll i have ever had she put the perfect amount of everything in it and was super polite she has been my best experience at subway costumer service so far

Great service, food and easy to speak to staff. There's also a few seats inside as well to sit on which are comfortable. Service was fast. Highly recommend.

The useless staff can't read an online order and sent the wrong order. When I called to complain they said they had to call their boss to see how they could fix it. The outcome was they told me to apply for a refund and that they would not pay for an uber to send the right food out to me.

Don't usually buy fast foods, the aroma was good and it got to me. Have to admit I did enjoy the wrap.
