I had the best facial ever by Jackie I walked out looking and feeling 5 years younger it was absolutely fantastic!! I have also had my face waxed there and Kristi was so gentle my face wasn't even red. This is definitely the place to visit if you want to be pampered. They also have a huge range of hair, beauty and make up products

I was booked in for a hair appointment and the day of my appointment I got into a serious car accident with my 2 year old son. When the male hairdresser called to ask if I was attending my appointment I expressed my sincere apologies as I forgot to call them and told them what happened and that I was dealing with the aftermath of the accident. He then proceeded to tell me how disappointed he was that I didn't call and hung up on me immediately without giving me the ability to reschedule the appointment. As a business owner I am repulsed by this behaviour, they have lost my business and my support as a customer. The ladies were other wise lovely but couldn't help me with half of my questions without making me consult the male hairdresser.
