I have been using these guys for years to service an old garage door. They always come on time and do the job. They recently replaced the garage door with a new one and delivered as promised. Easy to deal with.

Stay away!!!You will battle to find a more unprofessional, unhelpful and morally questionable business.Willingness to assist a client without forcing a very expensive service call goes a long way with goodwill and ensuring further business-these guys don't get it.

I needed to have the motor replaced on a roller door. Having done my research, I knew that that I could buy the exact motor online for $550 so expected to pay a few hundred dollars in labour on top of their motor cost to do what I considered a quick motor swap out., Their quote was $1,500. I challenged how they could justify the almost $1000 for labour and was told its a 2 person job and work is guaranteed etc etc.Made my feelings known that $1000 for nothing but man power was ridiculous and we left it there. I ended up getting the exact motor I wanted installed by another roller door company who sent 1 person and he did the swap out in less that 25 minutes for under $900. In that time he also checked the smoothness/tension of door before he left.IMO this is just another get rich quick business……Greed at its best.

Messaged these guys to fix my b&d garage door whose cables snapped. They called first thing next morning and had a professional technician fix and service the door by 2pm..probably slightly more expensive but they were the only ones to respond and get the job done right and quickly...thanks guys!

The staff went above any beyond to help us quickly get a new made to meaure door after our old was badly damaged. The team also including little extras like 2 remotes, the internal wall button (making life sooo much easier) as well as the extrnal key pad panel! All things we wouldn’t have know to ask for. From quoting, to install to payment the team were nothing but professional and friendly. Great quality product and service that def deserves all 5 stars ⭐️ & more. Well done Open & Shut Doors - Waverley, were super glad we chose you guys.

Called them out to service our garage door, they oiled it and sort of did a couple of things. After they left it developed an even worse squeaking sound . When we rang them they said we would have to pay another fee for them to come out . Really dissatisfied with this service . Will not be using them again

Never use this company. They do not return phone calls. When they do, they are extremely rude. In addition, at our property they installed a shoddy motor which was only 'showerproof' therefore not fit for purpose being outdoors, and when the motor as expected broke within a short period of time have charged us to 'service' it. Despite clear written instructions to change the door to a manual system they ignored these and charged us to 'service' the motor. When the motor broke again within a short period of time they again wanted to charge us for a call out, this time at 'emergency rates'.

I have dealt with them since 1990.It used to be a small outfit very efficient, prompt and professional.It is not that way anymore.They seemed to have changed hands a couple of times.The present mob are very tardy and abrupt with customers.Don't respond to phone calls, messages and emails.Their success is going to cause their failure.If you look around there are a few operators which are in the start up stages and are polite, prompt and professional.
