We don't understand how good this food is for the price. Coming from London the same food would be 3 times the price. Have been in Cairns a few days now and so upset we haven't been here before. I had eggs bunny which is over the top for flavours and ingredients. My son had keto benedict which includes 2 huge prawns, smoked salmon, black caviar and even sprinkled saffron!!!! The flavours and quality is far too good for a street cafe lol. We will be coming back for lunch in a few hours.

We ordered coffee and eggs Benny. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The coffee came out with the food and the eggs Benny was the best I have EVER had. The yolks were runny, the sauce was creamy and there was a number of extra touches like crispy roast veggies that you would never expect. The waiter supplied us with a pepper grinder automatically and we got stuck in. The taste was amazing. Coffee was good too. Don’t miss out on this amazing cafe!

We were excited to try here but were really disappointed as the food was very basic and not appetising. Coffee was fine but wouldn’t go back.

Our third visit to Vitalia’s, awesome coffee, great breakfast of eggs Benedict with pumpkin and avocado. Love the little unexpected touches of garnish on the plate. Options of vegan, vegetarian, keto, low carb, low sugar, all catered for. Try it, you won”t be disappointed

When I heard that Vitalia was opening a new place for breakfast and lunch on the Esplanade, I knew I had to go and check it out! I have already been twice, for breakfast and for lunch. For breakfast, I had the ‘banana split bowl’, such a delicious and filling breakfast option, gluten free and vegan; my husband had an impressive looking omelette with gluten free pumpkin toast. I also went for lunch with my sister and we tried the salads… More yum! The coffee was state of the art, with different options for alternative milks, I had almond and my husband had soy, both frothed to perfection and served with a smile! See you again soon guys!!!
