BEWARE !!!! WOULD DO ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.The worst customer service i have experienced in my entire life. I literally walked out in tears and shaking in trauma. Got verbally abused and attacked, was yelled at continuously, spoken over, not given a chance to speak and was ordered to leave the store and never return again by the the shop assistant in the shop, as well as her colleague on phone speaker from a mobile location. I was ridiculed for the existing colour shade in my hair (which was totally off topic for my being there). I was accused of being liar, and treated like a criminal when i tried to exchange a badly damaged product which also happened to be different to the one meant to be in the box!? I previously purchased this product from their store but did not have a receipt as i had no intention of returning it. I was only able to provide bank history details for the payment, but that was in no way acceptable. Both ladies showed zero compassion, sympathy and understanding and refused to believe for one second that my story was genuine and honest. They offered no possible resolution suggestions to work with me, ie make contact with their supplier (Wella) or delivery company who may have delivered a damaged product to their store or observe camera surveillance footage to show me being there and making the purchase. When suggested that i was told their cameras are fake. What is the point of even having them there if they aren’t operating?? Hours later i'm still in disbelief and shock over how i was treated, my head is spinning and the experience has resulted in me having a migraine.

I’m was call to asking questions is anyone there speaking Vietnamese language because I’m though the Vietnamese shop but the lady answer the phone was so rude and She jelling we in Australian we should speak English and she said so disgusting. Omg I’m can’t believe some people so rude and crazy like that could be the customer service. She forget Australian can be multiple languages and multiple culture .

I’ve been going in here for the last couple of years. Service is always warm and friendly. Their customer service is 10/10. If they don’t have what you’re after, they try their best to get it in for you. What more could you want from a bricks and mortar store?

Was advised by lady they are wholesalers and the cheapest, naively took her word for it. The item I purchased was 45% cheaper online. Was offered in store credit for which I declined. Buyer beware.
