Frontline Equipment Maintenance

When purchasing our new car from a dealership we were told we had to return to them (place of purchase) for servicing or the warranty would be void. That's not actually the case.Frontline supplied me with information from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) - In the case of a manufacturer's warranty (and provided Frontline service the vehicle in accordance with any specified requirements, which they do), I was confidently assured that my manufacturer’s warranty will remain valid and so will my protection under the Consumer Guarantees Regime. An independent repairer may sign or stamp the relevant page of the customer’s service logbook (once they have completed the service) without it affecting the manufacturer’s warranty.With my mind at ease, I was able to save lots of money with Frontline's low prices and high professionalism. I now feel like a friend and not just a customer. Highly recommended.

Had an electrical issue with our work truck that needed to go to site asap. Dropped the truck off in the late afternoon. The frontline team diagnosed the issue ordered the parts had them fitted and the truck ready for site early the next day. Awesome service.
