Reno's Hair Care

Every time I visit Reno's Joondalup I am given excellent service and care. My needs are always met and I would recommend my hairdresser Natalie to EVERYONE.

I'm not sure if this is the same Reno's that's inside the centre. We went to the one inside the centre and my 7 year old had a wash cut and blow dry. We also saw another little girl getting her hair cut before us, and she was full of smiles and loved her cut. My little one nearly fell asleep getting her hair washed. She was really pampered. The hairdresser Natalie was just amazing. My little one had a style in mind, and I showed Natalie the style my little one was kind of aiming for. Natalie was very patient and attentive and done even better than expected. I am relieved because I always fear a haircut. I am impressed with the attention to detail and care for clients that Natalie had. We have found our hairdresser finally. I have been very loyal to my own hairdresser, because its so hard to find a good one, but after seeing Natalie's skill, I will be getting mine done here too. Also! Don't underestimate a good hair washer, I'm not 100% sure, I think her name was Amber. Thanks ladies, you made my mini bosses day, she's so stylish haha

The receptionist here with the accent is so rude. First impressions do acoustic. Won’t ever try to book again.

Have always trusted this salon and have enjoyed the experience. This used to be my go to before moving to Melbourne and after 5yrs, I recently returned and it was as though no time had passed. The head massage was by far the best I’ve had in years!

I was charged A$56 ffor shampoo and blow dry on 17 Dec. The hairdresser could not even blow my hair nicely. Great disappointment, should have gone to the hairdressers in the Shopping Mall

after many bad haircuts over the years I have resorted to cutting my own hair at home. Because I am not a professional after some time it gets really choppy. So today I decided to treat myself with a fresh haircut. To start off, I called up beforehand to make sure I could do a walk-in and the person that answered the phone was very lovely and said I could. My hairdresser’s name was sunny, he was very quick and very efficient and knew exactly what I needed. This is the first time I’ve ever walked out of the salon feeling as confident as I am today.Thanks Sunny, I’ll be getting my hair cut here from now on :-)
