Soraya Tailoring on Macleay St in Potts Point is a fabulously appointed premises. An air of luxury and fine taste exudes. I was greeted on both occasions I visited by an incredibly professional and helpful gentleman. I was encouraged to explore different solutions to the problems I presented. Both times my alterations were completed to a high standard. While prices are not cheap they were quoted prior to the commencement of the jobs. I knew that if the price was too high for me I would feel comfortable sharing that with the staff. I have been to Soraya twice recently and will not hesitate to return if the need arises. I must say I am tempted to approach with a high end, complicated task as I am confident Soraya will be able to step up to the challenge and meet my demands with the professionalism and skills I have witnessed. I went to Soraya for my wedding dress alterations and I was met with helpful, smiling faces and a 10/10 experience. While I don't have the dress back yet as it's currently being worked on, I would highly recommend Soraya for their customer service. I was previously sent to an alterations business in Double Bay and had a 0 star experience, so this was an incredibly welcomed turnaround who made the experience of wedding planning a special one.

Alex is the absolute best, anything I bring in takes on a whole new life and quality as it now compliments my height and figure perfectly. Anything I have tailored here immediately becomes a favorite item in my wardrobe.
