most uncaring incompetent and heartless specialists service I ever encountered in almost 62 years of my life, desk service most incompetent service ,, was denied nerve root injection by so called professional, because I did not have my driver beside to hold my hand ,I explained my driver was at work nearby and would come as soon as my visit was over but doctor Yousuf would not have itA genuine caring professional would have offed an alternative solution but this business did not, hope this quack gets what I have at the moment only tenfold worse

Excellent service, very efficient, great staff

i have had shoulder injections 4 times from this company, at 2 locations, last 3 have not worked so I will get any father injections done else where.as I have had shoulders done else where in cairns and had much better results.I realise my shoulders may have degraded father, but this company do the job very quickly, and I feel there possibly not inserting the needle deep enough or into the correct area.

Very poor customer service and seems to have no corporate structure , go anywhere but this place

Naturally very professional because it is owned / staffed by medical professionals. Been there several times and found the service to be fast with only a short wait.

Staff were good, however unlike most medical institutions these days that can process your Medicare rebate directly through their eftpos machine. Unfortunately that's not the case here & it's a tedious process after the fact.

Brilliant! Lovely staff and very caring and gentle.. Have had several joint aspirations and steroid injections in the past and was dreading the appointment, but Dr Jean Haddid was sooo caring and gentle. He took his time with the local (which I also find painful - big sook!) and it was really a breeze. He was very ably assisted by Alicia who was also very caring, and Rebecca on the front desk is a delight. Big thumbs up.

I rang the number on the confirmation text message I received the morning of my appointment to find out exactly what time to be there & where I was going. I was told it was next to Spotlight & to be there 20 mins before my appointment.I had no idea the one next to Spotlight was a different company which I was told when I showed up there for my appointment, the gentleman told me it was across from the show grounds so I made my way there & explained to the young lady that I was told to go to the wrong place, she told me that no one would have told me to go there??? & told me to sit & wait for my appointment, 15 mins later she yells my name out & tells me my appointment is at another place across from Earlville shopping centre!!!I rang them while I was driving & was told that they had let the technician know I was on my way & that was all cool, on arrival I as told I needed to reschedule as I was 8 mins late!!! What a complete joke! & the young lady with the sour attitude told me I wasn’t told to go to the one next to Spotlight!!!Lots of X-ray places around & I will never use this service again!
