I bring my Golden Retriever in every week for a bath and play, absolutely loves it! She comes home smelling great and very tired (which is a bonus). Staff are always happy and outgoing, nothing is an issue with them. They care for your animal with of high quality, which is very reassuring.I would recommend Groovy Groom to anyone, wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.Thanks guys

So glad i was recommended groovy groom. Both my dogs look fantastic. The staff are very friendly and have a genuine love for their job. I was made to feel welcome and didn't feel anxious leaving my dogs for their full groom. Price was fantastic value. Will definitely be back.

GG had been my labradoodles groomers for sometime,I’d always ask for a short clip, however the last time she was there I was distressed to see the horrible cut they had given her…she looked like a greyhound!!!I expressed my disappointment, and was told that’s what I asked for ???I didn’t go back there for a while,but thought I’d try again as very convenient to home.The owner called me today and virtually told me we were not welcome back as I had upset the person who did the clip ???Be very specific with what you want!Put up with the terrible stench there previously because the prices where reasonable.
