Extremely professional, fast and great to deal with. Everything was very tidy and they managed to have my car repaired within a week.

Since 1 month my car its in the garage, I had different people on the phone and nobody know my car or my name, all the time they have to call me back but I'm still waiting.Maybe because I'm a backpacker.I'm very desapointed.

Passing through town and needed to get some quick repairs done to the car. Saw Andrew at the desk and he sorted me out in no time so I was back on the road. Can't thank you enough.

B&D's tilt tray operator, Peter, is a champion. After breaking down on the Hume Hwy on a long distance getaway, Peter not only rescued us from the side of the road but dived into the task of finding us a hire car solution to contrinue our trip as well as arrange for us and our broken down vehicle to get home... 600km north of Wagga. This was 5 star Over & Above service. I give Batkin & Damme my strongest possible recommendation.

My Rodeo broke down in Wagga last night -these guys transported us back with a tilt tray truck to Lake Cowal - 200km. Great job Peter with your sparkling clean truck and its smooth ride! Sadly I left my wallet in his truck but first thing in the morning they rang and posted it express to me. Peter was also very helpful chatting about the mechanical issues with my vehicle. We were also stopped by the heavy haulage cops and Peter passed with flying colours! Thanks guys - Highly recommend!

Returned my car with the passenger seatbelt stuck underneath the interior shell, and with a very noticeable irregularity on the bumper bar, difficult to describe, it was like a dent that had been painted over and went all bubbly. (there wasnt any damage to that side of the bumper when it was bought in.) After speaking they apologised and took the car back which I assumed was to fix both problems, but when I came home later that day they had bought my car back to my house and left the keys in the mailbox. The seatbelt was fixed but they did not fix the irregularity on the back bumper.Poor workmanship and obviously cant be bothered fixing their mistakes. I should have followed it up with the insurance company but had been through months of fighting with the other party and was just tired, which they knew, and I guess took advantage of.In addition, when starting the process with them I had to follow up with them several times for them to do the quote. I should have taken that as a sign, lesson learnt.
