Exceptionally Bad Service.Re: 12 Lumsdaine Ave East RydeRental property advertised (as noted above). Multiple queries put through to Stills Properties regarding the said rental property with no follow up regarding our query/ interest.Rental property was advertised for $950.00 per week. I was prepared to offer more with long term lease.Once I finally got through to Brigitte Stills (Owner of the business) to express my disappointment with the disregard, I was met with absolute disrespectful rudeness.For any landlords considering using this business, it is my opinion that genuine queries/ interest and or offers regarding your rental properties through Stills Properties may not be followed which in turn will disadvantage landlords.One has to question if this business seeks to capture all interests to best maximise the benifits for landlords/ tenants.Tread with caution.Ray
