Beautiful beaches

Coolum Beach is heaven on earth. Framed on the south end by a beautiful coloured-rock headland (Point Perry) and to the north it looks all the way up to Noosa National Park. Two patrolled areas to safely swim (one in front of surf club, one in front of caravan park), and a popular spot for surfers (and us body surfers!). Lots of options for coffee or meals across the road in the village. From access point 72 north, it's off leash for dogs too, up past Stumers Creek. Good central holiday location for north Sunshine Coast, as it's 20 mins to Noosa and 20 mins to Maroochydore (e.g. Plaza, movies).

Beautiful beach, came down to have a look but ended up staying for the day. Gorgeous views and the water is great too swim in as well! Loved it here

Beautiful beach! Head down the right near the rocks where you can find a great place to sit and relax as you watch the water hit the rocks.

Nice enough beach with soft, white sand. Can get pretty crowded and noisy, though. Waves are quite dumpy and people who aren't strong swimmers probably shouldn't be out past waist deep water.

One of Qld’s most beautiful beaches. The village is right there and it’s not too busy at all.
