I wouldn't even give them one. The worst massage I ever had. I chose Tension relief massage which was a combination of thumbs, palm and elbows. When i asked the masseuse if she can use her thumbs she said her thumbs will break. Avoid this place and avoid the lady with short hair at all cost. She has absolutely no idea what she's doing. Absolutely terrible. Total rip off.

Partner and I came in for a couples massage, both masseuses seemed very inexperienced. Mine focused on a general area of my back for around 15 minutes per side repeating the exact same stroke, and my partners massage was described as “just applying pressure and squeezing”.The 2 star is because they were courteous, but would not recommend attending here.

A really quiet and really lovely place. The massage rooms are cosey and quiet. My 1 hour relaxation massage was superb! The team are really lovely people. The offered me a hot tea too. I highly recommend

Lovely experience, as usual. Had a traditional Thai massage with the impressive, responsive Pip. Very friendly experience in a dreamy oasis atmosphere. A great escape from a Hobart winter.

My hubby and I have been here twice. The first time the massage itself was nice. They were running 25 minutes late for our appointment and we were only told after the fact we couldn’t claim our private health on the spot and they would send us an invoice. We were okay with this. I hadn’t received anything after a week and a text follow up so I went back in to follow up and a couple of days later we received the invoices. We were told there was an issue with the system so accepted the delay. The next time we went in we paid in full and wrote our details in the book and assured the invoices would be sent much quicker. It has now been a month with three follow ups and still waiting for our invoices. I also asked what products they used for facials as I have sensitive skin and was told Sothys. I booked based on this information. Once treatment was finished I looked at the products to see what was used and it was a mixture of Nivea and other products. This is meant to be a relaxing experience and it has been more stressful than enjoyable. We will not be coming back here

I had an amazing massage!30 minute foot massage and 60 minute upper body tension release massage.Staff were all so friendly and helpful! Very professional massage.Eye mask provided during foot massage, beautiful soothing music and very respectful staff asking about pressure of massage on numerous occasions.I will definitely be back! Highly recommended! ☺️

The most body-phobic therapists. They have a policy of not massaging between your knees and lower back/hips at all (even with your underwear on and heavy draping) despite taking payment before the massage for a 90 minute FULL body massage. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid if you want hamstrings, quads, glutes worked on. Go here if you want back and legs below the knee only for a full body treatment

One of the best and most professional massages I have ever received!What a massage should be! I like a deep tissue massage and the staff all have very strong hands.I highly recommend this Hobart establishment, whether you are looking for a relaxing massage or a more deep tissue one.

This is the third time I've come here for a massage. The first two experiences are very good. masseuses are very professional. Bob and the girl with short blonde hair. However, this time I wanna use insurance, the masseuse's technique is very unprofessional. She always use her elbows, and the pressure is not strong enough. Although I asked her to do harder two times. Every acupuncture points are not accurate. I was required to pay 95 dollars for the use of insurance. The insurance machine was broken for a long time. Honestly, I was so disappointed and feel that it waste of my money this time.
