Always been very stressful getting new shoes as I don't know much about them and have annoyingly shaped feet, but I was helped by a girl worker in here and have never been happier with a buy. Wish I got her name, best customer experience I've had. Very good place .

Assistant Louanna was on the phone and couldn't be bothered to even look at us. My DIL asked her about a certain size and she straight away said no that size wasn't in stock. A younger assistant came out to serve us and within moments had the size we wanted from out the back.Really bad service from Louanna -shockingly bad!Won't be back!

My son loves the shoes and insole and says I float in the air nothing like walking. Unfortunately, they don't have a variety.

Went to Athlete's Foot, Penrith Plaza, on thr advice of my Podiatrist, to obtain footwear under DVA.Like the photo on their site (no longer indicative of the store) and as advised by staff this outlet does not deal with DVA any more

Got served by Louanna late Sunday afternoon and service was exceptional. Didn’t beat around the bush was honest, very informative and picked the right shoe first go.See you next time.

Bought a new pair of Brooks 27/11/21 didn’t use until 21/1/22 3 days using holes appeared at front of shoes took back to shop on 27/1/22 was told someone will contact you regarding worn out shoes went back to30/1/22 manager not available 3 teenagers serving customers under 20yrs old was told to leave store as the kids couldn’t help me and didn’t care less I’ve been a loyal customer for 10yrs and spend $500 per year on shoes myself and family if I don’t get any satisfaction from head office I’ll be calling fair trading & my solicitor too investigate why only teenagers serve customers and won’t give managers name or store number to resolve this problem!!!!! Costs me $249.99 new inserts $49.99 Forgot too mention Store Westfields Penrith Treat elderly people with no respect only after sales and commissions Customer care sent me a email saying it’s my fault shoes are damaged I replied the children sold me the wrong shoes I’ve always bought Ascents with no problems but the teenagers insisted on Brooks !!!!! $100 more always on commission also customer care sent email saying neglect with shoes and Penrith shop refused to deal with my complaint and told me to leave store and never come back customer car emailed me back and said negligent no replacement I’ll never deal with company again take my money too another retailer

Came here on a busy Thursday night and Andrea was absolutely amazing! She was trying her best to make every customer happy and was being very attentive. She was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service! If you need help with shoes would extremely l recommend coming here and seeing her!
