Table For One Myotherapy & Massage
Josie, at Table for One, is a truly amazing person.She works on all aspects of healing even when she is massaging you and the pain is quite intense she shines a light over you, she is not just dealing with the pain associated with the back or neck or wherever but she talks you through things and is a great healer for the mind and body !! Just love her outlook on life. I find the appointments are very beneficial and would highly recommend Table for One over and over !!!Thanks Josie ❤️❤️

Josie from Table For One always does a great job in getting my body back on track. I work a job where I put my body in bad positions and lift heavy items, and each time I see Josie, I come out feeling great.I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to look after their body and their health!!

Josie saw my daughter when she was in a huge amount of pain for her back and discovered her diaphragm was spasmodic and was able to release that which was amazing to watch. I trust Josie as she is a brilliant, caring and thoroughly knowledgeable practitioner.

I have been getting support from Josie for around 7 years following a car accident where I sustained some ongoing neck and back pain. Josie assists me with preventative maintenance and her holistic approach ensures I’m aligned and feeling as good as possible. Josie is honest and transparent during our sessions and has also referred me to other useful services. Highly recommend!!
