Amazing experience at Nordic. Went in there on wednesday morning to have a look at the treadmill and by lunch time it was delivered and installed free of charge. Extremley pleased with my purchase and the overall customer experience and service would 10000% recomend the guys at nordic!!!

Trax jogger ($800) stopped working after 2 months with a burning smell coming from the motor.Was told it would be set up for us on delivery but it wasn't so maybe it was our error setting it up. Just dropped it in the skip bin either way! We're not a family that spends $800 on a whim so very disappointing

After calling 5 different fitness supply companies the customer service I received from Steve at Nordic was light years above. Despite it being a Saturday and working from home Steve took the time to assess my home gym needs and provide me with recommendations on what would suit my needs. You know you’re dealing with a professional when the recommendations aren’t all just the highest priced items. Steve even did a package deal including delivery and assembly. I can’t recommend Nordic highly enough.

Amazing Customer Service, well priced and one of the only places that actually have everything, including the body craft range.I ordered the body craft cage, dip extension bars, lat pull down extension with weight stack, rope, single handles and small handle bar, the adjustable bench with arm curl and leg curl extensions and 2x weight bars (one straight and one curved).Been meaning to write this review for a while as I've had this as a home gym for 2 years and couldnt be happier.

Very pleasant experience, stock is up-to-date on the website, delivery was prompt and items arrived in perfect condition.Ordered an FID Bench with free delivery, then realised I needed something else and ordered an Exercise Mat for pickup as a separate order.Got called the next day asking when I'd like to get the FID Bench and Mat delivered.Got it delivered within the hour of being called, really friendly guy as well.Will definitely shop here again!

Shocking experience with these guys. I ordered a barbell and an adjustable bench (admittedly the day that the gym restrictions were announced to occur), two weeks later I asked when it was being delivered and I was told it had been delivered. No call from the driver, no contact made, no email of confirmation. Fast forward 8 weeks later, I'm out $500 and no gym equipment, no refund and only one reply email despite my 4 emails sent. They don't answer their phones either. Absolutely a busy time for them, but I would not recommend. Very poor.
