My experience with this company was overwhelmingly negative.I encountered numerous delays in communications and initially thought I’d been scammed. One month into the contract, I was met with an apology after expressing concerns with the lack of services delivered. Soon after paying the second invoice it was apparent I had made a mistake and should’ve cut my losses.For paying in excess of $10,000, I’m very disappointed and even confused about what was delivered. When paying a monthly retainer, delays in communication in excess of a week quickly become very costly.If you do use this company for services, I encourage you to be very clear with what is expected to be delivered and only agree to payment upon completion of the service rather than paying upfront.I hope nobody else has to experience this.
