Karen has been a great Strata Manager for our unit. She is very professional and responds to inquiries and requests promptly. If there is a problem, Karen is on to it immediately, and executes work orders in a timely manner, which we appreciate. We find she is easy to deal with and is very personable. We have found all of the staff at Merimbula, including Heather and Bev, equally communicative.

I cant thank Bev enough for her professional and prompt action taken on any request I have submitted.Correspondence is maintained, updated and at completion, followed up.Thankyou Bev for all you do.

We've been very happy with the general management of our Hydra unit and in particular with Bev's tremendous energy and efficiency since taking over there. Advertising, sprucing up the whole area, painting the laundry - all great stuff! We've also recently completed a kitchen and flooring renovation and the success of it was partly down to Bev helping us out with some of the arrangements. After a tough 2020, we're looking forward to a much better 2021 and with Bev's work at units, we're sure it'll be a great year. Ian and Jenny

Bev has been exceptional in her assistance as we endeavour to have major works completed within the complex. As chairman of the Owners committee we have worked together to achieve a lot in the last 12 months. Look forward to continuing working with her in 2021.

Our Complex has worked with Karen from Regional Strata since September this year. Karen is easy to talk to, always responds quickly to requests for information and is always quick to return calls. We have found Karen's advice to be accurate and always helpful.

Karen at the Merimbula office of Regional Strata NSW has been a wonderful property manager for us all year. There was quite a lot to do and Karen managed everything really efficiently, keeping all unit owners fully informed at all times.

I have found Bev at Merimbula to be a great backup when in need of information despite being very busy. As a former committee member and now a contact for Valley High, I have dealt with Bev many times. In times of heavy workload, I know she'll be in contact as soon as she can.

Karen took over Mgt of our complex in 2019 at short notice and at a pivotal time for us. Her professionalism and response to the project we were commencing (repainting the exterior of our complex) was a complete turnaround to our experience with this business in the previous 2 years. Karen seemed to carry a huge workload until another strata manager was able to be appointed and oriented. Her local knowledge, experience and oversight of the project greatly assisted its successful completion in March 2020. She also deals professionally and promptly with other ongoing matters and has a pleasant demeanour.
