Coles Broadway
Large store with a variety of products, especially for the home. Customers will able to get most of their needs for their kitchen and home maintenance. The staff's are always busy and very difficult to approach them for any assistance. By luck, if we find a staff who can assist us, he or she will be on move and try to get possible help quickly. The merchandising is good and attractive for purchase, though the item is not part of the list.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Coles at Broadway especially because of their excellent Asian selection in store. The produce is generally pretty good and you can almost always get what you are looking for. The new layout and lack of check outs mean I likely won't be back in a hurry. It isn't just about getting used to a new layout, the changes that have been made simply don't make sense. I also hated having to check out myself because there are now only 4 staff check outs. It made my shopping experience stressful. It's a shame as I enjoyed coming to Broadway to shop.

During renovations and post Covid this place has become a disgrace when talking about customer service. Huge price increases, lack of staff and impossible to find products. No more 12 items or less counter. Only one manned register that as you would imagine has a long line of people wanting service and the “assisted check out” has no one there to help you. And I guess the charities that relied on our cross the counter donations will need to look elsewhere. Very poor Coles !

The staff can be nice but God the quality of display and stock availability here is Terrible. There wee dirty tissues left near tomatoes and it was there still after 30 minutes. I am sure multiple staff walked past multiple times. The manager in a special uniform was just luxuriously talking to other people. He also walked past the fruit section. No action to help ground staff either. No much milk. No coconuts. No one can tell you when things are going to be in, staff are always a buy lazy to actually look. Out back. Avoid if you can...my review was at Tuesday around 1.30 - 2.000m.. It gets worst peak times. The cashier was nice though.

Constant changes make finding things difficult. Staff seem inexperienced and are not customer friendly. Security guards follow honest customers while thieves get away with stealing. If you bring outside bags into store be prepared to be followed and harrassed by security.

This is a large Coles Supermarket with almost everything you could want. Often is very busy so avoid these times. Parking at this shopping centre is the draw back...takes you ages to get into and out of this car park.Buses stop practically at the door if you're using public transport.

Busy Coles branch, but need to point bakery department.Bakery manager called Rafaela" is the worse manager ever.All the bakery staff have no right to talk to each other during work
