Had an arrogant technician with a poor attitude assess our washing machine who abruptly advised that a part was required and that we get a call the next day. A few days later no response from Marlow so we called and were advised that it was unlikely that a part could be sourced due to the age of the machine. Called in someone else who identified that the issue was simply a faulty fuse which took 5 mins to replace. Have used Marlow before without issue but looks like they have lost the plot now.

Oven thermostat needs to be replaced after 12 months ... spent over $250 in a $80 part and the rest in labour. Seems a waste of time repairing things these days.

Technician Darryl did a great job clearing the blocked drain. He arrived at the appointed time and finished in an hour.
