Greenstone Health Karate Dojo

Greenstone dojo is one of the most incredibly inclusive environments iv been lucky enough to train in. It doesn’t matter how fit you are or what your obstacles may be sensei Carl will find a way to make it possible for you to succeed If you have the same passion to overcome whatever is holding you back. Both my boys are a part of the greenstone dojo and after watching how incredible their Budo journeys have been I was inspired to join karate myself at age 37 and I will never look back. The greenstone crew are family, support and everything any family need to live a better more physical life together. The biggest bonus of greenstone is they are all about family, that means bring your kids to training if that’s what you have to do! Our family have a pt once a week that involves our two Boys if they want to train and Carl always makes it feel like it’s just part of his pt training. I couldn’t see our family with any other fitness trainer we love our greenstone family

Both my children have been training with Sensei Carl for over 4 years now, and I cannot fault the patience and guidance Sensei Carl has shown my kids and I. I have been attending boxing/fitness classes for over 4 years and started with the adults karate class in 2017 - Sensei Carl is able to help make you believe in yourself so you can push yourself further than you thought possible. We are truly blessed to have such a beautifully supportive Dojo and training crew. I cannot recommend Greenstone Health highly enough!

Our 2 sons have been learning karate for the past 5 years - Carl’s teaching technique is focused on mutual respect and inclusion, making the children feel like they are part of the team, like one big happy family that supports each other. He leads by example and not by intimidation. Carl’s school is based on traditional karate and is all about the journey rather then a race to achieve a different colour belt. I have recommended Greenstone Health dojo in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Greenstone health is a step or 12 above the rest. My daughter had been in the dojo with Senei Carl for 5 years now and absolutely loves it, so much so she’s trained in wrist casts and moon boots. Carl adapts his class to the children and Helps them excel in ways that work for them. We have also trained with Carl outside the dojo and thoroughly enjoy the boxing classes. Greenstone health is more than a karate dojo, it’s a family.
