The service and advice at Tongarra is excellent. Their recent recommendation of a larger pump after the last one died in a storm was spot on. The pool now looks like a resort pool for the first time in over 10 years. I can't wait to see the impact of a new filter once the old (15+ years) replaced! Thank you for your honest approach to business.

Terrible service, I just brought the item, and said it is not the one I want, not even touch, and the sales said not, you can’t get refund as we can refund chemicals. Well, if I brought it home and bring it back I can understand, but I just brought it and not even tough it and he said no… very unfair and terrible experience… I will never never back again..

Tongarra pools investigated & fixed my suddenly very noisy pool pump, they collected it & a loan pump was left in its place. The problem was rectified quickly & my pump was returned & installed the next day.I’m very impressed with their prompt, professional, friendly service & getting a pool pump back that runs as quietly as it did new.

Recently had an issue with a blocked pool pump. Discussed the issue with Matt and Alex with whom we have dealt with for years. Our issue was resolved with Alex visiting on site. I would recommend Tongarra Pools to anyone for their pool service needs as they are experienced in all facets of pool up keep and maintenance.

I recently bought a pump and a filter at this store this month. Very impressive with two guys who came to my house to install them. very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. Very happ with them (sorry I only know one guy is Oven but i did not asked the other guy's name).

Friendly guys who give great advice. Very patient and fair in how they deal with you.Valve and pump were both broken, came within a few days and sorted it no dramas in no time at all. Happy with the resolution.

Fantastic experience with Matt - needed quick advice on taking over a pool - he did a quick water test (no charge!) on a sample I took in and determined exactly the chemicals I needed to get the pool in shape and balanced. He had everything in stock and went over the instructions with me (a pool novice up until today!) patiently until I fully understood what needed to be done. The former owner of our house recommended Matt and Tongarra Pools highly - I'm happy to do the same.
