I took my Husqvarna cordless chainsaw to get repaired as it stopped pumping oil and it was just put of warranty I was quoted $180 but they called to say they can't remove the computer Chip so they'll have to replace entire casing not Just The oil pump and it's going to cost more...it ended up costing $460...new ones are $600 with warranty...they did loan me a saw to use untill it was fixed though and now years later my saw is still going fine...

Always excellent service. If there is anything that I could say against them is the fact that the shop front doesn't open early and opens at 8am which makes it hard to pick up spares before going to work. An opening time of 7 or 7:30am would suit me better.
