Hanrob Playgrounds - Dog Daycare

A huge thank you and appreciation for the staff at Hanrob Warringah Mall. I have had a few terrible experiences in dog parks before and now found a facility that I can enjoy watching my boy play happily and safely because of the care and attention the staff provide. Wonderful service!

My cavoodle puppy started going to this Hanrob playgrounds from a very young age and she still goes once a week when I have to go to the office.She gets so excited as soon as we park in the drop-off spot she pulls all the way to the store. She is greeted by the adorable staff and she kisses all their faces.What I love the most is that I always get a briefing of her day when I pick her up in the evening. I love how everyone working at hanrob seem to genuinely love their work. You can feel it as soon as you go in.I have so many more great things to say, but bottom line is that I always recommend this business to all my friends and people at dogparks, etc.

I have worked in many doggy daycares and grooming salons over the past 13 years, including my own. This facility is hands down the best in both quality and service I have EVER experienced. Genuine love and care is shown to each and every dog and they absolutely love there time there. An absolute delight!

Our dog Stevie LOVES Doggy daycare at Hanrob. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and love our dog as much as we do (they even send email report cards and photos). Also the dog groomer is AHMAZING! (See photo).

It's a lovely playground for dogs but service was awful.I purchased a welcome pack and was not made aware it was valid for 3 weeks.When I took my dog for the final visit I was asked to pay.Unaware of the 3wk validity I let the lady know that,'I have a 3rd visit on my welcome pack'to which I was told ran out 10 days prior.I get it had expired but to bluntly shut down the transaction was really bad service.
