I had the please of recently dealing with Chad and his team. They were on time, very clean and absolute professionals.They installed an EV Charger for me and did an amazing job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Chad installed a complete security system and we are very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism during the sales and installation process. Chad is easy to deal with and was very helpful guiding us on the best products to meet our needs. On the day of install, Chad was accompanied by Ara who is fantastic on the technical side of the system, both are very polite, helpful and tidy. After sales service has also been great, Chad contacted us 3 weeks after install to make sure we were happy and the system was meeting our expectations. Very happy customer!

Ara was absolutely awesome! My home camera and security system had been broken for months with no idea how to fix it and the company that set it up were non responsive! CGF FIXED EVERYTHING so efficiently so my home is nice and secure again! Very friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

Chad and his team were fantastic. I just wish I would have contacted Chad earlier. I learnt the hard way that a big corporate brand (3 letters) doesn’t mean a better service.I had a CCTV system installed 3-4 months ago which never worked correctly, after having techs attempt to fix it and it still not working I contacted Chad.Totally different experience from the start, Chad came out and actually listened to what I wanted and then talked through my options.As I couldn’t use the current system the way it was he prioritised my job and even worked on the weekend to get it done. He fixed existing cameras and added additional cameras along with security lighting.Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, the system is working perfectly and is exactly what I wanted.Thanks guys, I will certainly be recommending you to anyone I come across with security or CCTV issues/requirements.

Chad and his team were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and Chad recommended what we needed and installed the security cameras, alarm and doorbell system which have all been excellent. It is easy to answer the doorbell from anywhere in the home or outside home with video and sound. We have had to retrieve the CTV footage and the process is easy. The system is connected to our phones so all alerts, alarms and visitors are easy to track. Thanks for an amazing system and service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a security system.
