I've been a customer at DCM's for many years and always found them excellent to deal with. Ron and the crew so knowledgeable and patient to deal with - they don't rush you as you try out guitars or other equipment. They seem to know everything about music and have got a very big range of guitars and equipment in stock. Highly recommended.

I went in to the Warrnambool shop to buy a hollow bodied guitar. I was so impressed with the range of guitars they had for what is basically a niche market. I was in the shop for well over an hour and was given excellent customer service. I was given plenty of opportunity to play the different guitars and there were no pushy sales techniques. I am so happy with my beautiful Gretsch and so pleased that I was able to support a local shop.

After a long time away from playing the guitar these guy's were super helpful with what i wanted, their customer service is outstanding and I'll certainly keep going back, a fantastic store with plenty to choose from for what you require ,a massive thumbs up 5 star service i highly recommend heading in for a look

My son loves this place and we end up spending hours each time playing just about everything in the shop. Usually has a huge range though the pandemic is making it hard to get stock.
